It has always kept me dry. Comes with two covers, awning, chrome wheels and tire are excellent. Needs nothing. It has a king size bed, in front of the bed is a 6x9 room. Storage basement that can be accessed from the inside or outside of the camper which can be locked. Trust me it holds a lot! The sides zip down for screened in ventilation. I am able to put this up and down by myself. The only reason Im selling it is because I fell in love with another camper and I need to sell this one.
